Mercure Gold Coast Resort, Gold Coast

I had a wonderful getaway at this resort. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for my family, and we loved the pools and spa facilities. The only downside was the east-facing room which had curtains that weren't quite thick enough, causing an early wake-up. Overall, a fantastic value for money, and I would definitely consider returning.

I had a delightful stay at Mercure, where the service consistently impressed me and its facilities offered great value for money. The atmosphere was charming, and I loved the little thoughtful touches like the towel dog left by Cindy. However, I felt our time at this wonderful resort was too short, and it left me eager for more!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Gold Coast Resort. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. However, some of the breakfast food could have been warmer. It's in a pretty quiet area, which is nice if you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle.

Our stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional! Nestled in the serene Carrara area, it provided the perfect escape from the city hustle. The gardens were beautifully maintained, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The food was delightful and offered a wide variety of options. However, I found it a bit surprising that a full-length mirror was missing from the room. Regardless, we had a wonderful experience and felt it was great value for money.

I had an interesting experience at the hotel. While I appreciated the clean and comfortable room and the exceptional service from the staff, the overall cleanliness of common areas left much to be desired. Also, the room lighting was poor, making it hard to read, and the lack of elevators made it a bit challenging with luggage. The price felt a bit high considering the breakfast was basic and there were issues with some amenities.
